Mike Jaeger is a senior executive with 20 years of wine industry experience in general management, marketing, sales, operations, acquisitions, strategic planning and new product development. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of C. Mondavi & Sons Wine Company.

Mr. Jaeger has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Daniels Ltd., an importer and marketer of wines and spirits which is wholly-owned by Young's Market Company. Young's is one of the largest and oldest wine and spirits distributors in the U.S. Prior to joining Wilson Daniels, Mr. Jaeger was the President of Bacchus Capital Management.

Mr. Jaeger has also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Partida Tequila, where he was responsible for the brand's rapid growth and expansion in the United States.

Prior to Partida, Mr. Jaeger was President of Vincor International's U.S. wine business until the company was acquired by Constellation Brands. Vincor International, one of the fastest growing companies in the wine industry, was the world's 7th largest producer of new world wines.

Prior to Vincor, Mr. Jaeger was a Group President at Constellation Brands, a $5 billion international beverage alcohol producer and the world's leading wine company.

Mr. Jaeger's career in the wine industry began at Joseph E. Seagram and Sons, where he held several senior marketing positions.

Mr. Jaeger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico.
