Tom Dugan is a Managing Director of Bacchus Capital and oversees the firm’s Pacific Northwest portfolio. As the General Manager and Executive Vice President at DeLille Cellars and EVP of Panther Creek Cellars, Mr. Dugan plays an active role in finance and operations at both wineries. He has over six years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and lending.
Tom joined Bacchus Capital in 2010, and has been involved with evaluating and structuring many of Bacchus’ investments, both debt and equity. Before and concurrent with joining Bacchus, Tom was a Vice President of Gordian Group, a leading independent investment bank specializing in complex and distressed financial advisory work. At Gordian, he led and executed numerous financial transactions across a wide range of industries.
Tom began his career in the risk-credit infrastructure group at Barclays Corporate Bank in London.
Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Colorado College, and has a General Course certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Tom presently serves on the Executive Board of Harlem Lacrosse and Leadership, a New York based non-profit organization.
