Andretti Winery was founded in 1995 by one of the world’s greatest race car drivers, Mario Andretti, and Joe Antonini, former CEO of Kmart. Antonini is the CEO of Andretti Winery. Andretti Winery is renowned for its Cal-Ital varietals and iconic Tuscan villa. The company employs traditional winemaking techniques to make wines that are true to type and speak of their vineyard sources. The goal of Andretti is to provide an authentic Italian wine experience through its wine offerings and idyllic setting in the heart of Napa. The winery is committed to sourcing grapes from some of the best and most prestigious vineyards throughout California.
In June 2011, Bacchus Capital provided growth and refinancing capital to Andretti Winery. Bacchus exited its loan to Andretti Winery in February 2014.
